in Major the first chord is major, second is minor, third-minor, fourth-Major, fifth-Major, sixth-minor, seventh-diminished

Major: I-Major, ii-minor, iii-minor, IV-Major, V-Major, vi-minor, vii*-diminished
Every Major key has a relative minor key
minor: i-minor, ii*- diminished, III-Major, iv-minor, v-minor, VI-Major, VII-Major

In the circle of fifths going clockwise every fifth a note is raised and a sharp(#) is added
and going counter clockwise every fifth a note is lowered and a flat(b) is added
